From conception to reality

It was less than a week ago that I conceived in my mind the Tivoli t-shirt. And now this little sweater is knit up and published (look at the sidebar). Thank you everyone for the positive comments and support, and enjoy the pattern :).

This is a quickie post, I hope to have something more later tonight or tomorrow.

I can see why you were almost insane from this thing. It turned out well and all of your hard work has paid off.

Now, are you going to be able to do the second sleeve???

Thanks for publishing the Tivoli pattern – it’s just a great looking T-shirt, and I am looking forward to knitting it!

Thanks so much for posting the pattern. I was hoping you would! And thanks for such detailed comments in it. Very helpful!

What a great pattern! Just so I know how it should fit (positive or negative ease), can you share how much different the bust measurement of the top is than your own measurement? At the risk of getting too personal :)

Thanks a lot! I think I am going to make this for my mom, so she can have something to wear sooner than an andean silk sweater. I shall have to surreptitiously measure her first, at the risk of wrecking the surprise.

I’m gonna point this pattern out to my sister, the only one of the 3 of us sisters to inherit Mom’s cup size… Very cool!

Woo hoo! I’m probably going to buy some KnitPicks Shine for this during this month! Thanks for doing this.

Thanks for publishing your t-shirt. I came across it yesterday and immediately went to my yarn store for some yarn to make myself two. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
